July 2026

Content, documentation, and SEO overhaul

  • Published a full developer documentation page with API reference, error codes, and fair-use limits.
  • Rebuilt the Help Center with searchable topics covering link creation, analytics, QR codes, and troubleshooting.
  • Launched 25+ in-depth guides on the blog: link analytics, UTM tracking, QR marketing, security, and more.
  • Added Disclaimer and expanded Terms of Service and Cookie Policy pages.
  • Cleaned up sitemap and metadata so every public page has unique titles, descriptions, and social cards.

Spring 2026

Performance and reliability

  • Faster first paint on the homepage: server-rendered hero and lazy-loaded below-the-fold sections.
  • Image optimization enabled site-wide with long-lived caching for static assets.
  • Hardened security headers (CSP, HSTS, frame protections) across all routes.

Winter 2025–2026

Solutions pages and programmatic landing content

  • Dedicated guides for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, SMS, and Facebook link shortening.
  • Comparison pages for popular alternatives, plus an agency white-label overview.
  • Per-page Open Graph images for richer social sharing previews.

2025

Core platform

  • Free URL shortening with optional custom aliases (3–16 characters).
  • Real-time click analytics: geography, devices, browsers, and referrers.
  • Free QR code generator with PNG/SVG downloads.
  • Google sign-in with a permanent link dashboard; guest links preserved in the browser.
  • Phishing and malware scanning of destination URLs at creation time.
