The page is hosted on a UrlShorter public URL and can be edited after it is created. Publish only content you are comfortable making public, and replace every sample name, URL, contact detail, and image before sharing it.
Hosted pages are currently excluded from public search indexing, and UrlShorter does not offer custom domains or team administration. If you need only one destination, a normal short link is the simpler option.
